How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on every order of 10 packets or more. Below that, it is no more than 2.50 in your currency for 1 to 4 packets within Europe and the UK, and kept as low as possible elsewhere. The cart shows the exact cost for your country.
How long will my order take?
Orders are packed within one to two working days and sent by first class letter post. Delivery usually takes 3 to 7 working days within Europe and the UK, and 5 to 12 working days to the rest of the world.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship to more than 60 countries across Europe, the UK, North and South America, Australia, Asia, the Middle East and Africa. Choose your country in the cart to see the price.
Is there a recipe for each spice mix?
Yes. Every spice mix has its full recipe on its product page and in our Recipes section, with the fresh ingredients to add and a simple step by step method.
How many people does one packet serve?
One packet makes one recipe for two people. Cooking for four or six? Use two or three packets.
My order has not arrived. What should I do?
Orders travel as first class letter post. If yours has not arrived within the delivery window for your country, email us with your order number and we will send a replacement.
