Who we are
The House of Malabar, Switzerland, is responsible for your personal data. You can reach us at hello@thehouseofmalabar.com.
What we collect
- Order details: name, delivery address, email and phone number.
- Payment information, processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
- Messages you send us through the contact form.
- Basic analytics about how the site is used. We use Google Analytics with anonymised IP addresses, and only with your consent where the law requires it.
How we use it
To process and deliver your orders, answer your questions, improve our website and, if you agree, send you news and recipes.
Who we share it with
Stripe for payments, our delivery partners, and our hosting and email providers. These include Stripe (payments), Netlify (website hosting), our postal and delivery partners, and our email provider. Some of these providers process data outside Switzerland and the EU, in which case we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by contacting us.
Cookies
We store your cart and chosen delivery country in your browser’s local storage so they are remembered between visits. This data stays on your device. Analytics cookies are only set with your consent where required.
