Shipping questions
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on every order of 10 packets or more, wherever you are. Below that, shipping is kept as low as possible. Europe and the UK: no more than 2.50 in your currency for 1 to 4 packets, and 4.95 for 5 to 9. The Americas, Australia and the rest of the world: CHF 3.95 for 1 to 4 packets and CHF 6.45 for 5 to 9. The cart shows your exact shipping, in your currency, before you check out.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are packed within one to two working days and sent by first class letter post. Delivery usually takes 3 to 7 working days within Europe and the UK, and 5 to 12 working days to the Americas, Australia and the rest of the world.
Will I pay customs or import duties?
Depending on your country, import VAT, duties or a handling fee may be charged on delivery. Where we can, we collect taxes at checkout so there is nothing extra to pay at your door. If anything is unclear, contact us before ordering.
Can I track my order?
To keep postage low, orders travel untracked as first class letter post, which is reliable for small, flat packets. If your order has not arrived within the delivery window for your country, contact us and we will send a replacement.
