Keep the packets in a cool, dry cupboard away from sunlight. Ground spices taste best when fresh, so we recommend using them within a few months. Each packet is made for one recipe, so use it all in one go.

In many countries, spices like kasuri methi, amchur, black salt or Kashmiri chilli are hard to find outside specialist shops, and expats often struggle most to recreate the dishes they grew up with. We post complete, authentic blends to more than 60 countries, so you can cook them wherever you live.

Most of our blends are naturally gluten free. Blends that contain asafoetida may include a small amount of wheat flour, which is how asafoetida is traditionally prepared. Every product page lists the allergens in that blend.

Our blends are made from spices only, with no added colours, preservatives or anti caking agents. Salt is only included where the dish depends on it, such as the black salt in our chaat and pani puri blends, so you can season everything else to taste.

Yes, if your order has not been packed yet. Contact us as soon as possible, ideally within two hours of ordering, and we will update or cancel it and refund you in full.
