About this spice mix

Hollow, crispy dough balls filled with potato and sprouts, then with spicy, tangy flavoured water. Our authentic premixed pani puri spice mix brings together roasted cumin, black salt, amchur, dried mint, black pepper, dried ginger and chaat masala in exactly the right proportions, for a warming, medium spiced dish that tastes the way it should. Each packet serves two: just add puris, fresh mint leaves and fresh coriander, follow the recipe below, and it is ready in about 35 minutes.
